Did Lynch try to stop Comey?

Yes. Lynch shared her objections just hours before Comey sent the letter, according to USA TODAY’s source. The FBI director weighed the attorney general’s advice during a spirited discussion of the matter Thursday and early Friday, but in the end, Comey felt compelled to act.

  1. You know he broke the Hatch Act in doing so, don’t you? He also violated a direct order from his superior, and he also violated tradition that has been in place since J. Edgar Hoover died… You know there is currently an ongoing investigation into Trump and his affiliations with the ex KGB, right? Yet nothing has publicly been said about that. That is the correct way on how it is supposed to go. By Congress, the FBI must remain above politics at ALL TIMES, and this is a violation of that law…. Anyway,…just thought I’d give you and anyone else who might not know, the heads up.. 🙂

  2. Kavips, You’re worried about Comey and a possible breach of the Hatch act but your NOT worried about the reckless care and defiling of the Federal Records act by the Former Sec. of State? And, you’re worried about a DOJ Secretary who is also supposed to be above the politics and yet she isn’t and has willfully failed to enforce federal law in this situation?

Federal records Act : federal criminal law makes it a felony when any custodian [which Sec. Hil(liar)y was] of official government records “willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same.” The crime is punishable by up to three years in prison. And interestingly, Congress felt strongly enough about the crime that it included the unusual provision that the perpetrator shall “forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

Be careful, your total hypocritical self is showing. You, who wants to monologue about every inconsistency, “has no clothes”. Even children know Hil(liar)y is untrustworthy, a liar, for sale to any country willing to buy her, and has been given a pass by all the ‘mainstream’ media outlets. Never mind the project Veritas videos and WikiLeaks information which tie Clinton / Podesta to Russia, the Unions, Creamer, Foval, voter fraud and violent protestors sent to Trump rallies.

Bear in mind, I think Trump is a sad excuse for a candidate but for you to defend Hil(liar)y is just pathetic. Any argument thereafter is complete and utter dishonesty on your part. Smoke whatever illegal substance will get you by, but she is indefensible and if you are willing to defend her, none of your other arguments about children, schools, or international events mean squat. Your judgement and analysis are a failure.

  3. kavips wants tradition? hhmm very telling.
