  3. Georgia (PARCC) –

  4. Alabama (Smarter Balanced & PARCC – they were an advisory state)

  5. Indiana (PARCC) –

  6. Kansas (Smarter Balanced) –

  7. Pennsylvania (Smarter Balanced & PARCC)

Folks the Smarter Balanced is imploding and in 2 years Delaware will be back spending million $$$$$$$$ for a new assessment test.

When will our state legislators call for the termination of the Delaware Secretary of Education ? Or is there a plot to spin school vouchers using failures like this as a backdrop! And as for the Delaware State Board of Education, the time has come for those position to be paid elected positions.
