Breaking News: Delaware DOE Gets ESEA Flex Waiver Approved By US DOE

Exceptional Delaware 2017

Below is the press announcement from the Delaware DOE:

“The good news is teacher and principal evaluations will get another “skip” year from the Smarter Balanced Assessment.”

Unions with students still stuck with Smarter Balanced! You know, once the next president and governor is seated there will be another last chance to get right!

“The bad news, the feds really want the state to implement more priority, focus and reward schools in 2016-2017 based on the DOE’s new accountability system with grading schools. ”

Back to A,B,C, D and F. At the end of the day most high poverty predominately minorities school with be rated F. FYI there will be attempts to apply this rating structure to colleges and universities.

And yea Publius beloved charter schools 🙂 will also be winners with the “rewards schools” $$$$$$$$$. Moving Title 1 funding around to reward schools for doing their fucking jobs at the cost of less money for the schools with the greatest needs is insane!

We can thank the unions for their support of the Race to The Top MOU. Yea yea yea, I know, Kilroy that’s all water under the bridge! I was there to witness the social rape of parents and school children.

Oh, how little it matters what the folks on the ground think, do, or say, or the numbers with which they shout, or the amount of “ink” they spill in the fight … the leviathan marches on, to its own beat, at its own pace, on its own agenda, never dissuaded, never distracted, never impeded. It’s really exceptional when you think about it.

-Man creates schools to educate people.
-Man creates tests to verify schools are educating.
-Man (legislators/ progressives) misuses schools for noneducational purposes (distribution of food, laundering, crisis intervention)
-Schools (teachers) fail to satisfy the the misuses.
-Man creates dysfunctional criteria (Federal RTTT) to evaluate schools based on misuse.
-Man creates laws (Title XX, IEP’S, needs based funding) ineffectively demanding schools satisfy misuses.
-Schools are incapable of satisfying misuses and laws, so man doesn’t enforce rules. (“skip” year)
-Some men/ women create their own schools removed from the chaos.
-Men/ women (progressives) claim “removed” schools unfair.
-Removed schools are forced to comply with Non-removed schools rules.
Man puts “Removed” schools under Non-removed schools control.
-Removed schools become just like Non-removed schools.
-Man doesn’t understand why Non-removed schools aren’t working.
-Union and political pandering is perpetuated and children are not educated.
-Monkey knows more than man how to educate their young.
