Long Title:

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.

Synopsis of Orginal Bill:

(without Amendments)

This bill will allow a local school district board to delay new or changed rules, regulations, or administrative procedures from becoming effective during a school year once the school year has started. This will allow the rules, regulations, and procedures to be consistent for the whole school year.
