    Dear Kim,
Thanks for dropping us a note. We’ll see all your remarks and raise you ‘approved minority’ with a trump of ‘aggrieved gender’ in regards to consideration thereof.
    Very best regards,
    Your faithful DOE
PS: We appreciate your playing along by not mentioning the DOE representative who may or may not have been complicit in the funny business you allege. -wink, wink-

The letter from Rep Williams covers a lot of ground. She relishes the role of Auditor-In-Chief and she did a decent job of it in this letter. I sense there is an agenda here (for another discussion, another time), but on the surface the FFA should pay close attention to the points she has made. Some of her points are debatable, but that is for FFA to sort out.

I particularly like the disclosure of the “schedule of repayments” which this letter discloses. It is a real gem of a view into human tragic flaw. The management “borrowed” money and spent it immediately, but they agreed “with themselves” to repay it over a relatively long term and — astoundingly — they actually documented their long repayment schedule over a gaggle of years as if somehow that made it OK. Total insanity !!!! While they still had the money, I wish I had sold them some land in Florida.

Rep Williams must have gasped for air discovering this “formal lunacy” and then finding the wording to disclose it in her letter. This is unfair — why does she get to have all of the fun? 🙂

Speaking of FOIA. Looks like Red Clay plans to approve minutes for a meeting which took place on January 8th. I don’t recall an announcement in advance.
