Arne Duncan’s puppet USDOE OIG covers for Rhee

New investigation puts cheating scandal to rest, Rhee says January 8, 2013 Report Card

Education reformer Michelle Rhee said today that a federal investigation should put to rest allegations that educators cheated to improve test scores during her tenure as Washington, D.C., public schools chancellor.

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Inspector General announced Monday that its investigation found no widespread cheating on state standardized tests during 2008-2010.

Duncan’s Rhee /Johnson love tails scams America Posted on January 5, 2013 by kilroysdelaware

There are a number of unanswered questions today about President Obama’s abrupt decision to fire the inspector general of the AmeriCorps program, Gerald Walpin.  Obama sent letters to House and Senate leaders yesterday informing them that he was firing Walpin, effective 30 days from the date of the letters.

Johnson, now the mayor of Sacramento, California, started a non-profit organization called St. Hope. The group’s mission, according to its website, is “to revitalize inner-city communities through public education, civic leadership, economic development and the arts.”  As part of its work, St. Hope received a grant of about $850,000 from AmeriCorps

“Rhee, the wife of Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, runs the national education lobbying group StudentsFirst, which is based in Sacramento and promotes education reform measures”.

Arne Duncan and Kevin Johnson have known each other for years. Kevin Johnson played ball for the NBA for the Phoenix Suns. Arne Duncan didn’t make the cut for the Boston Celtics and headed to Australia to play in the kangaroo league.

America can only be Right: ‘Did AmeriCorps Official Lie about Possible First Lady Link to IG Firing?’ Congressional investigators looking into the abrupt firing of AmeriCorps inspector general Gerald Walpin have discovered that the head of AmeriCorps met with a top aide to First Lady Michelle Obama the day before Walpin was removed .

Folks it’s about the money ! FYI Kevin Johnson , Arne Duncan and Michele Obama’s brother Craig Robinson are all butt-buddies

Delaware school board races is off and running: Scheinberg and Evans file

Christina School District

Nominating District “A”: Term expires June 30, 2015

George E. Evans – January 8, 2013

Nominating District “C”: Term expires June 30, 2018

 Nominating District “E”: Term expires June 30, 2018 Elizabeth Scheinberg – January 8, 2013

Well folks they are off and running! Many of you many know Elizabeth Scheinberg from Children and Educators First blog one of Delaware leading blog on education related issue. Scheinberg though not representing Christina School District or Board, Scheinberg is in you face! When commenting here and other blogs she uses her real name! I am sure the pro-charter school organizations will be coming after Scheinberg because she is vocal about the failing Pencader Charter School yet she fought hard for it last year when DE DOE was about it close Pencader and helped save Pemcader. The is DE DOE is again this year recommending Pencader be closed for more failures.

George Evans a former board member of Christina School Board was rejected by the voters for another term in May 2011. He was overwhelming defeated by Eric Anderson. Eric Anderson stepped down in 2012 and get this, Evans whom the voters rejected requested to be appointed to the board to fill the seat of Anderson. The Christina board rejected Mr. Evan request and Mr. Evan’s yelled foul and this happened Court ordered board member appointed to Christina’s school board. And one of his first board votes, Mr Evans voted for the class size wavier rather than demanding Wilmington CSD schools reduce class sizes within the scope of the class size law. However, legally the wavier is permitted but morally there is a duty to children. Here is CSD class size wavier vote Voting against waivers: Saffer, Scheinberg, Young. Voting to grant ourselves the waiver: Polaski, Resler, Backus, Evans. Shame on those board members who opposed reduced class sizes.  Mr Evans appears to be the old board member in the state of Delaware to be appointed by a judge.
