Wow Delaware history repeats itself ! During Minner’s bid for a second term she delayed the teacher accountability assoicated with DSTP and now Markell does the same. Folks, it’s not about the kids, it never has been and never will! If the evaluation plan originally proposed was implemented Markell would lose critical labor endorsement.  It’s all about Jack Markell and his self-centered political agenda.
